Looking for a mature individual, preferably someone from Regina who has a full-time job and/or full-time student, who cleans up after themselves, someone who is trustworthy, respectful, quiet and doesn't mind helping out around the house and gets along with everyone. High speed Wi-fi, all utilities included, washer/dryer, close to corner stores and downtown. Shared house (NOT a rooming house) with myself and another working male (we are both in our 50's) and my awesome cat, Frank. Deposit is $300 and I will be interviewing potential roommates with a meet and greet this weekend.
