Located in Regina, SK. Made with 100% whole wheat flour. Also available in white flour. Made using a 2-day process, I first grind the poppy seeds, and then cook them on the stove. These are then refrigerated overnight, before baking them into rolls the next day. I don’t use preservatives or chemicals in my baking. Only high quality natural ingredients. Because of this, each roll is frozen shortly after baking to maintain freshness. These freeze great! Full rolls are roughly 15 to 17 inches long. Limited quantities available.
