Hi, I am looking to buy a 4+ bedroom, 2+ bathroom, 1200+ sq ft bungalow (single level home) with developed basement in the east end of Regina. Douglas Park and surrounding areas are preferred. I am open to renovation projects, but the basement and foundation must be solid. Separate entrance to the basement is also required. Private sale or realtor listings are fine.
