This plate is from my collection of fine bone china plates in the series, "Street Sellers of London", made in England by Wedgwood for the Bradford Exchange. Issue price of this plate was $41, give or take a few cents. This 8.5-inch diameter plate is in like new condition; no chips, cracks or crazing. However, there are 4 tiny areas of roughness on the underside of the plate, which are factory flaws (they've been glazed over). I noticed these only when I began to take photos. All five of the plates have these on the underside. There are eight plates in this series. This one is the fourth issue, and one of five that I want to sell. The five are: #1 The Baked Potato Man 1985, #2 Street Seller of Hot Elder Wine 1986, #4 Street Seller of Hot Green Peas 1986, #5 The Water Carrier 1986 and #6 Street Seller of Fried Fish 1986. Brochures & certificates are included, but no boxes. Pick up in Wascana View, SE area of Regina, SK.
