Service/Assistant Manager

Position: Service/Assistant Manager Buist Motors (Rimbey, Alberta) Buist Motors is hiring an experienced Service/Assistant Manager to lead our Technicians and Service Advisors. This role ensures an efficient, profitable service department through staff management, customer retention, and cost control. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee service staff, scheduling, and operations. * Manage budgets, reports, and performance metrics. * Ensure compliance with regulations and warranty policies. * Maintain quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: * 2+ years of Service Manager/Director experience in a dealership. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Proven success in service management. * Journeyman Technician Certificate (preferred).
