This nostalgic tin takes you way back to the days of the Playbox cookies! These were wonderfully delicious biscuits with hard top icing, kids used to take these apart, eating them in stages, licking the tops and plunging them into their drinks, much like they do with Oreo cookies today. This 1950's "Playbox Biscuits" tin features amazingly colorful graphics showing the cookies it once held, with scenes depicting varied sports and animals. The tin is in very good condition with nice tight fitting lid. This fabulous tin was made in England and has nice thicker gauge tin. Tin made in England. Great kitchen display decor, baked goods or storage. Measurements: 8" diameter with a depth of 2".
