Colours are nicer than photo shows. Good solid construction. When sofa is closed, it measures 77 inches long, and sticks out from the wall 36 inches. This sofa couch opens to reveal a double size mattress: a good fold out bed for Christmas guests. Mattress was only used a few times for guests (maybe 10 times) and always had a mattress pad to keep it clean. Some wear on fabric of one armrest because I got over zealous steam cleaning.
