TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly)

Non-profit weight loss support group open to men, women, and teens. Annual membership is $59.00 and monthly dues are $7.00. You may attend one meeting for free, with no obligation. Meetings take place at the North East Community Centre (160 Broad Street North) on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Weigh-ins start at 5:00. Email or go to www.tops.org for more information.
