ATTENTION COLLECTORS: This is the November, 1965 issue of 16 MAGAZINE, volume 7, number 6, which I bought new and never lent. Photos of John Lennon and Patty Duke are on the front cover. The inside of the cover features a group photo of the 3 members of the teen band, Dino, Desi and Billy. Dino was Dean Martin's son, Dean Jr., and Desi was the son of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. Dean Jr. was 13 going on 14 in this photo, and Desi Jr. was 12. The mag has articles about the band, and about The Beatles, Cher, Patty Duke, Herman, and many others. CONDITION: The cover and all pages are still attached to the staples. There are 2 very small rips on the front cover, and 2 small pieces are chipped out of the back cover. Page 37 has a small dog ear and a tiny 1/5 inch tear near the dog-ear. Six pages around page 37 also have these tiny tears in the same place at the bottom right-hand corner. The pages have turned colour, from white to pale beige, with age. Might be hard to see, but I made four arrow and circle marks in light-blue pen on a "contest form" on page 25 (see the last photo).
