Hi there 👋 I'm looking for a two bedroom rental for myself and younger nephew. He is a young adult, and both of us have full time employment as well as excellent references on BOTH sides in all areas! We have references in employment, personal, as well as previous landlords! We are not picky of the area, though do NOT want to live on the North central area of the city. $1200 is our budget plus utilities. We don't smoke or "Party".
