ATTENTION COLLECTORS: This lovely wave-shaped gold on white creamer and sugar bowl contain a lot of gold paint, as can be seen. The shape of the top edges, and the floral design on this set, differ from the shape of and design on a 50th anniversary c&s set that you might have seen by Royal Albert. Also, the handle on this Royal Windsor creamer is completely covered with gold paint, and not just partly covered with it, as with the R.A. creamer. This set is in excellent shape. No scratches, chips, cracks or crazing. All of the gold paint is intact except for the lettering inside the sugar bowl; nine letters are missing some paint. This might have been the way that it came from the factory, because, apart from that, these pieces look like new. The creamer is 3" high at the spout. The sugar bowl is 2 inches high and 3 11/16 inches in diameter. (Silver tray and doily are NFS). One online seller has the Royal Windsor Silver Anniversary version of this set advertised for much more than my price for the gold set (item price plus shipping cost).
