TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly)

Non-profit weight loss support group open to men, women, and teens. Annual membership is $79.00 and monthly dues are $7.00. You may attend one meeting for free, with no obligation. Meetings take place at the North East Community Centre (160 Broad Street North) on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. Weigh-ins start at 4:45. Email or go to www.tops.org for more information.
